It seems like a mismatch of DISM.exe from my investigation. Im going to upgrade the primary site server to 2016, i cant wait any longer and im getting sick creating new reference images. You also need to manually add these permissions every time you will do offline servicing, since the folder is automatically deleted by SCCM after successfull updates. I removed current version of ADK -> restart server -> and installed a new version of ADK. In this particular image of Windows 10 (1703) it does the updates but can not dismount. But if you THEN directly access the existing 2012 R2 DISM using the full path, it will succeed: PS E:\> c:\windows\system32\Dism.exe /Unmount-wim /MountDir:"E:\ConfigMgr_OfflineImageServicing\CMD00376\ImageMountDir"
